On May 9, 2010, the clergy and the faithful of the UAOC-C, while going to the place of the Sunday liturgy celebrating, met the police detachment. On that day, the men in black undertook the right to decide where and who can pray and who must go away. In such a manner, the next stage of the raid capturing of the territory around the Holy Trinity church happened, headed by A.A. Malynych, the father of the Deputy Prosecutor of Uzhgorod, A.A. Malynych and under the auspices of the anathematized Filaret Denysenko.
How it was reported before, on November 7, 2009, Andriy Malynych, Valeriy Velehitskyi and four persons of the ruffianly appearance burst into the Holy Trinity church, beat Bishop Vasyliy and took away the keys from the church from him (see more...). The clergy and the faithful began to celebrate the divine services on the foundation of the future temple (see more...), but in two weeks, the bandits poured it over with black oil, and in a month they covered it with concrete blocks (see more... and see more details...).
For almost half a year, every Sunday, whether it was rain or severe frost, Bishop Vasyliy, the clergy and the parishioners of the Holy Trinity church under the omophor of Patriarch Moses celebrated the divine services in the open air near the memorable cross, glorified God and begged for His holy mercy for native land.
It was Sunday, May 9, when the clergy and the faithful came again to raise together the prayers to Lord near the church seized by bandits and they saw the following: the territory of the church was enclosed with fence and the only open passage was blocked tightly by the men in black. How it turned out later, those were the representatives of the State Security Service of the Ministry of the Internal Affairs of Ukraine. They said they had the instruction to allow women only enter the temple and do not allow enter "bearded" and "having long hair" - how they characterized the men. When they were asked to show their certificates and explain what was going on and the reason why the parishioners were not allowed to the place of celebrating of the service, they behaved in aggressive manner and showed contempt for priests, started to demand passports and certificates. However, when the faithful explained that they (the police) in such a manner violated the constitutional rights and the laws of Ukraine, the UNO Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the European Convention on the Human Rights and that they had no right to obstruct celebrating of the religious rites, the policemen became silent but refused to let in the territory of the temple. They also refused to present the documents in accordance with which they obstruct the passing to the territory of the church. Later, the chief of the detachment arrived and it turned out, that the State Security Service of the Ministry of the Internal Affairs of Ukraine acted on the basis of the contract concluded with the raiders. However, they failed to formulate the distinct explanation as for the reason of obstructing the passage to the territory of the church. After the conversation with the lawyer and the priests, talks with the executive group of the Transcarpathian region State Security Service, the chief officer of the detachment understood the situation and showed their unwillingness to interfere with the conflict and tried to cancel the guarding and stop their illegitimate actions. But the bandits did not intend to yield to law and after a time, the guarders were ordered from the chief authorities again, most likely at the instruction from Deputy Prosecutor Malynych, who oversaw the events. However, directly on the site he was assisted by his mother, whom helped the rowdy person, Eva Krasnianyk, the owner of the railway station cafÊ "Chervona Ruta", covered by A.A. Malynych; that's why she toadied to Devil.
The clergy and the faithful, whose rights were infringed cynically, had to celebrate the divine service behind the fence of their own church and its territory. At the same time, the Filaret's bishop from the UOC-KP, Kyrylo came out of the forest. He did not venture to walk outright to the church, seized by the bandits. The church of Filaret, which acts together with raiders, confirms its criminal wolfish nature one more time.
The Patriarch's office of the UAOC-C emphasizes the fact that the illegal raid capture of the Holy Trinity church of the UAOC-C lasts because of the criminal lack of action on the part of the Uzhgorod authorities.
The Patriarch's office of the UAOC-C declares, that the state agencies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs supported the aggressors illegally and hindered the celebration of the religious rite on the territory attached to the church, which belongs to the community itself, in such a way violating the Laws of Ukraine and the constitutional rights of the community of the Holy Trinity church.
The Patriarch's office of the UAOC-C addressed to the President of Ukraine and the Prosecutor General of Ukraine yet again, with the demand to intervene in the processes, unprecedented for the democratic state and defend the constitutional rights of the clergy and the faithful of the UAOC-C.
