On February 4, the clergy and the faithful of the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church Canonical carried out the protest action near the Kyiv Court of Appeal against the planned annihilation of Patriarch Moses and demanded the true judgments in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
The action took place the day before the court hearing of the appeal against the decision of the Kyiv district court of Holosiyivskyi district on the rejection of the reversal of the illegal decision of the investigator Y.P. Riabovol on the opening of the criminal proceeding against Patriarch Moses.
Four months before, after the unsuccessful attempt on Patriarch Moses (see more...) the campaign directed at the annihilation of Vladyka started in the mass media (see more...).
The aim of this campaign is to annihilate Patriarch Moses as the orthodox spiritual leader who has united around him the thirst people and together with them has developed the God’s Church through which God heals the souls and bodies of the faithful (read more...).
The method of the annihilation of Patriarch Moses is the modern crucifixion – the dozens of TV programs and hundreds articles in newspapers in which the armada of the “honest” journalists “absolutely free of charge”, being inspired by the plaints of few “affected” women, started to belie the Patriarch Moses and mocked cynically at the sincere service to God and people of the highly spiritual person.
The next step in the abominable project according to its directors was the opening of the criminal proceedings against Patriarch Moses upon the criminal actions concerning the “affected” individuals. However what they are to do if there are no facts of crime, there is only the order – to imprison. But the corrupted officers of the law-enforcement agencies are sure of that if there is a person, who gives the instruction to imprison, in another institution there will be a person who gives the instruction not to notice the absence of fact of crime.
Exactly in such a way happened on January 13, 2010 during the hearing of the case in the Kyiv district court of Holosiyivskyi district on the rejection of the reversal of the illegal decision of the investigator Y.P. Riabovol on the opening of the criminal proceeding against Patriarch Moses. The judge, A.V. Novak rejected the reversal of the decision on the grounds of the plaints of the “affected” and on information that contained the materials of the case. But what exactly was the information he did not mention. And it is not strange as there is nothing but plaints. It is worth mentioning here, that the case was not prepared for the court examination, the pages were not bound and numbered – and it is the gross violation of the legislation of Ukraine. Thus, the judge gave the possibility to the investigator to fill in the gaps in the materials of the case in process of time.

The clergy and the faithful of the UAOC-C will not let annihilate their Patriarch. The clergy and the faithful of the UAOC-C oppose resolutely the corruption in the judicial institutions, lawlessness in Ukraine, persecutions for faith and love to God!
