September 8, 2011 in the independent Ukraine, in the Kyiv Court of Appeals an act unheard of since the days of Stalin's vandalism was committed . On that day, the Judicial Board, chaired by Judge Shakhova O.V. left unchanged discriminatory decision on the demolition of the Cathedral of Transfiguration of Lord of the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church Canonical and the convent-monastery, today being home for 16 today citizens of Ukraine of different ages. Earlier that decision was passed by Tsymbal I.K., judge of Darnytsky district Court of Kyiv .
The sentence of the Kyiv Court of Appeals has showed that the process of planned deliberate extermination of the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church Canonical and of Patriarch Moses continues. The judges' overt disregard of laws has showed their confidence in their impunity and testifies the return to Ukraine of Stalin-Khrushchev's times when temples were being destroyed, the clergy was being persecuted and killed, the faithful were being repressed for their religious beliefs.
Today, in the early 21st century, when the whole progressive world is trying to build their countries basing on democracy, law and justice, the authorities and courts of Ukraine return to the terrible times of genocide, repression against its own people and their spiritual leaders. Laws of Ukraine that are designed to protect and guarantee the rights and freedoms of citizens in their own state, do not act. Likewise, inactive is the Guarantor of the Constitution. Therefore, corrupt judges, under cover of their gowns, manipulating the law , create their black tribunals. But they will not be able to kill the faith of people in God, in justice, in development of happy Ukraine.
