Discrimination and repressions against the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church Canonical has come to barbarism and sacrilege. Ignoring openly all laws, Malynych's clan in Uzhgorod on the thirtieth of October two thousand ten started to destroy the foundation of the future Holy Trinity temple. This foundation was laid by the community of the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church Canonical built at their own cost and by their own hands 2 years ago. Supported by Filaret and having unlimited power in Uzhgorod thief-in-laws under cover of priest vestments feel like duck to water. And there is nothing keeping them in check, because law enforcement authorities do nothing.
Meanwhile the Kyiv Court of Appeals on the tenth of November, two thousand ten prepares to deliver the illegal sentence of demolition of two edifices on the Episcopal Metochion of patriarch Moses, situated in Kyiv, Ukraine. The basis for such sentence is the copy (missing original) of the Statute of the garden society which doesn't exist. Besides Vladyka Moses is not the member of this society. Ukraine hasn't experienced such sacrilege since Stalin's times, when the ecclesiastical edifices, convents were ruined.
The clergy and faithful of the UAOC-C on the fifth of November, two thousand ten carried out the protest action near the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, demanding to stop the offenders-vandals and not to allow delivering the illegal sentence of demolition of two houses on the Patriarch Metochion.
