The community of the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church Canonical declares that Ukraine hasn't experienced such vandalism and sacrilege now being applied to their Church on the part of the judicial, law-enforcement and governmental authorities since Stalin's times, when the temples, ecclesiastical edifices, convents were ruined.
It emerged that on November 10, 2010, the Court of Appeals of Kyiv is ready to deliver the illegal sentence of demolition of two edifices on the Episcopal Metochion of patriarch Moses, situated in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Yet, on June 7, 2010, bribed by Filaret the judge of the Darnitskiy district
Court Tsymbal by virtue of the copy of the Statutes of garden society "Pridniprovskiy-2", which legally hasn't already existed for a long time, delivered the illegal and groundless sentence to demolish 2 buildings on the Episcopal Metochion, which belongs to the Primate of their Church, Patriarch Moses, because the size of the buildings exceeds 50 square meters, that violates norms, stipulated by non-existent Statues.
If to note that Vladyka Moses is not the member of the garden society it becomes clear to what measure preposterous is the decision of the Darnitskiy district Court.
The Court of Appeals is the legal authority in which the legal justice must be restored and the officials of the judicial authorities must be punished for such illegal, anti-state actions.
Thus, today, on 28 October, 2010, the community of the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church Canonical has come with the protest action to the Court of Appeals of Kyiv to warn the corrupted judges against the responsibility before the law they are going to bear in case they deliver the anticonstitutional, anti-human sentence.
