On August 12, 2010 near the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine the clergy and the faithful of the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church Canonical held the protest action against the lawlessness and corruption in legal agencies.
From 2008 the facts of chasing after the Primate of the UAOC-C, Patriarch Moses, were constantly fixed; several planted workers of security agencies were exposed, they tried to broke the community that later destroy the whole Church.
M.A. Denysenko (Filaret) the “Patriarch” of the UOC KP organized the persecution of Patriarch Moses, trying to put drugs on him. In October 2009 several attempts on the life of Patriarch Moses took place.
The clergy and the faithful of the UAOC-C witnessed how corrupted workers of the law-and-force agencies did not protect the life of the Patriarch Moses, they even helped unknown offenders.
Forced departure of Patriarch from Ukraine fully gave the Filaret (Denysenko) the free hands. At once was organized disgraceful false campaign in mass media and forged criminal case, which has been intentionally dragged out for already 10 month by investigator of the Holosiyivskyi District Department of Central Administration of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kyiv Ryabovol Y.P. He has organized half-legal perquisition in Patriarch’s apartment and confiscated a lot of important documents for private property.
On July 13, 2010, Filaret with his priesthood in bandit manner seized the Temple of the UAOC-C in Uzhgorod. And on July 18, the band of hirelings which was headed by the Filaret’s bishop Kyrylo (Myhailo Illiarovych Myhailiuk) brutally beat the clergy and the faithful of the Patriarch Moses; they made the acts of the vandalism and violence. All these facts are the result of the organized criminal actions of the corrupted workers of legal agencies and church structures.
