On July 22, 2010, the clergy and the faithful of the UAOC-C carried out the protest action against the malfeasant actions of M.A. Denysenko (Filaret), the leader of the UOC KP, his adherents and the representatives of the corrupted law-enforcement agencies near the edifice of the Ministry of the Internal Affairs. For about a year lasts the open cynical campaign directed at the extermination of Patriarch Moses and the faithful of the UAOC-C, contracted by M.A. Denysenko (Filaret) with the assistance and direct participation of the Kyiv and Uzhgorod officers of the law-enforcement agencies of different ranks.
Armed attack upon Patriarch Moses, repeated attempts to plant drugs on him, the opening of the falsified criminal proceedings though having no elements of crime, dissemination of slander through the mass media, finally the bandit seizure of the temples of the UAOC-C, accompanied by the physical violence against Vasyliy, Bishop of Uzhgorod and other priests and parishioners - it is not the complete list of the evil deeds, committed by the tandem - Filaret and the police. In the course of the protest action, the clergy and the faithful addressed to the Minister of the Internal Affairs of Ukraine, A.V. Mohyliov with the insistent demand to prosecute M.A. Denysenko (Filaret) and M.I. Myhailiuk (bishop Kyrylo) upon the physical violence committed over the clergy and the faithful of the UAOC-C.
The photo- and video materials, which prove the fact of the physical assault, committed by M.A. Denysenko and M.I. Myhailiuk with the attraction of hired group of lads in Uzhgorod, on July 13, 18, were attached to the letter-address. During the action, the faithful of the UAOC-C, being the citizens of Ukraine, demanded to put an end to the legalized gangsterism, corruption and gross violation of the human rights in our country. The further position of the Ministry of the Internal Affairs as to the criminal campaign against Patriarch Moses and the Ukrainian God's Church will become a litmus paper, that will show clearly whom the Ukrainian police serves to - the state interests and interests of every citizen of this state or to the gangster clans, as the Filaret's one.
