July 13, 2010, in Uzhgorod, the anathemized pseudo-patriarch of the UOC-KP, Filaret committed the next act of vandalism and sacrilege. With the assistance of enforcement agencies, was seized the Holy Trinity temple, which belongs to the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church Canonical under the omophor of Patriarch Moses.
We remind of the fact, that in November 2009, the adherents of M.A. Denysenko (Filaret) acted as real bandits towards the Bishop of the UAOC-C, Vasyliy. They beat him cruelly during the divine office in the altar, took away the keys to the Holy Trinity chapel and vestments of priests and bishop. In a few weeks, the Filaret's bishop Kyrylo started to boss the church.
On Tuesday, July 13, 2010, raider Filaret in person arrived to Uzhgorod to conduct his cynical ceremony of re-consecration of the foundation, laid by the faithful of the UAOC-C at the cost of Patriarch Moses himself, of the communities from Kyiv and Uzhgorod, to finally drive out the faithful from the territory of the church.
About midday, the escort of M.A. Denysenko (Filaret), the major part of which make up the agent of enforcement bodies in soutanes and in civil appeared on the territory of the temple. There were the police squads, the co-workers of the Security Service of Ukraine, the squad of Berkut detachment, ready for action, were waiting for a command near the church and around the fence. Such, on the whole, were the so-called participants of the planned sanctimony.
The further events were developing quickly as lighting and absolutely stunned the patients from the Cardiological center, who observed all that through the fence and from the windows of the hospital.
The furious bishop Kyrylo was the first to rush towards the faithful of the UAOC-C, who, having elevated the prayer to God only, in a peaceful way, declaiming and holding the banners, defended their legal right to the plot and the church. Facing with no obstacles, Kyrylo forced his way through the rank of policemen, snatched the banners out of the hands of the Patriarch Moses' faithful, shouted obscenities to women, struck with leg into the back of one of the female parishioner and kicked into the face of the priest of the UAOC-C. His behavior was copied by the other individuals in cassocks. The appearance in the middle of the plot of the werewolf in soutane, who was plucking his hair and growling frightfully, in such a way calling other Filaret's supporters and policemen to crown the violence, became the climax of the event. They fulfilled his will obediently and forced the faithful protesting out, behind the fence. After liberation the territory from its legal owners, Denysenko M.A. (Filaret) himself appeared to continue conducting his ceremonies near the church.
The faithful of the UAOC-C were surprised to see with their own eyes such anti-Christian actions of Filaret's clergymen, the real debauch of the Satan's forces, because the faithful of the UAOC-C live by the spiritual mode of thinking, because they have the God's Primate of their Church.
So, they will continue to defend their primate, defend their temples for serving and salvation of the people by civilized methods, with the sincere faith in God. Unfortunately, self-will of the anathemized M.A. Denysenko (Filaret) has no limits in the corrupted Ukraine. Many spiritual organizations have to awaken in spirit to be able to put an end to lawlessness and violence of Filaret and to extension of his anathema - curse for all over Ukraine.
