July, 13, 2010 in Uzhgorod impertinent and cynical seizure of the church of Patriarch Moses took place. Anathemized Filaret (M.A.Denysenko) with the gangsters in cassocks and workers of Security Service of Ukraine, in a criminal way broke in the territory of the church, which belongs to the community of UAOC-C and conducted the ceremony of sanctification of the cross and foundation of a new temple, which was sanctified and built by the own hands and on the personal funds of Patriarch Moses, the clergy and the faithful of UAOC-C.
Still in 2002, by Metropolitan Moses the cross was set in honor of the future temple on this plot. Already in 2006, with direct participation of Patriarch Moses there was built the chapel of the Holy Trinity. And in 2008 with the mission of good will to Uzhgorod arrived Kyiv community headed by Patriarch Moses which together with Uzhgorod community laid the foundation of the future Temple of the Holy Trinity. Upon the completion of the works Patriarch Moses sanctified the foundation. All works were conducted by the own hands on money of the Patriarch, the clergy and the faithful.
November, 7, 2009 group of the anathemized and excommunicated (Velegitskyi, Malynych family, and Borysiv), in a criminal way, broke in a temple, beat the clergy and took the temple of the Holy Trinity. They beat the bishop Vasyliy in the chancel in front of the saint throne and took away the keys from the church. Since then a bishop Vasyliy and Uzhgorod community celebrate all the divine Services in the open air, on the foundation of the cathedral and wait for a fair verdict from the corrupted judicial systems.
Meantime, July, 13, 2010 Filaret and his retinue showed up themselves in the raider attack of the church and the faithful of Patriarch Moses. He cynically desecrated the built foundation for a cathedral and pawned a cobble under his church in the place, where 8 years ago Patriarch Moses began to build the temple. Filaret cynically ignored the decision of general church collections of the Uzhgorod community, that July, 11, 2010 in an amount of 65 people conducted church meetings and again voted for Patriarch Moses.
18 years ago Filaret for an evil, made to Church, was deprived of all the dignities and excommunicated. And 15 years ago, he was anahtemized by his Mother - Church. People in Ukraine ignore this fact, not understanding that the anathema is a virus of the curse which spreads to all the Ukrainian people. And this evil spreads to all Ukraine. Filaret by the anathema under the mask of saint sacraments multiplies similar to him. They are as a den of robbers in cassocks, which cynically raid temples from sincere Christians. For the last two years about 100 temples of Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church, Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, Ukrainian Orthodox Church-Moscow Patriarchate, Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church -Canonical became the victims of their crimes. The God forbade to touch the cursed thing, in order to people were not destroyed. And those who disobeyed he sentenced to the burning, in order not to multiply the curse. (Joshua 6.18)
Patriarchate of UAOC-C applies to the representatives of all confessions, to all the people of good will and applies to unite against the crimes of Filaret and stop evil that spreads in Ukraine and destroys The Divine Church.
