On May 21, the clergy and the faithful of the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church Canonical carried out the protest action near the Prosecutor’s Office of Holosiyivskyi district of Kyiv and filed the application with the demand to dismiss in the shortest time the framed-up cases against the UAOC-C and its Primate – Patriarch Moses in the absence of crime in the act.
The fact of that the opening of such proceedings is possible in Ukraine is shame both to the state and to the society and directly to the law-enforcement agencies. Every officer, who becomes familiar with the infamous case against the God’s Church in course of their official duties, undergoes a test on honesty and loyalty to the Ukrainian people, whose interests he is to defend. The investigator of the Holosiyivskyi District Department of Central Administration of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kyiv, Y.P. Riabovol hasn’t passed this test – he opened these proceedings without any grounds, at the order of mean and foul servants of EVIL, making use of the articles of the Law. These cases dishonor the rite of the entire Orthodox Church in the world, thus it is the discrimination of the entire Orthodox Church in the world. But why doesn’t the Prosecutor of Holosiyivskyi district of Kyiv perform his duties concerning the control over the complying with the laws by the officers of the law-enforcement agencies? What he is waiting for?
Policemen Riabovol and his corrupted clients defame dignity and reputation of Patriarch Moses, the clergy and the faithful of the God’s church, the rite of the liturgy of the Orthodox Church and by that defame all the true Christians, all God’s children. They discriminate the Church, they persecute the God’s Word, they oppose God Himself.
The Force of God will gain the victory!
