On 13 of January, the clergy and the parishioners of the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church Canonical carried out the protest action against the planned annihilation of Patriarch Moses and filed the claim to the Head of the Holosiyivskyi district court of Kyiv with request of just judicial verdicts in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
Three months have passed since the day when was carried out the attempt upon Patriarch Moses’ life. And in the mass media was started the infamous campaign on distribution of slanders that are directed at the derogation of honor and dignity of Patriarch and extermination of the affair of his life – foundation of the God’s Church, through which God can heal spiritually and physically a human being as well as a state.
Till the present day, the bribed police in the person of Colonel S.M. Semykop and investigator Y.P. Riabovol have not started the criminal case on the felony – attempt of homicide of Patriarch Moses. On October 5, 2009, A. Gulevatyi, Y. Vasylenko, O. Vinnichenko, S. Kiselev, L. Gulevata, S.Chubareva and others, slinking under cover of night tried to penetrate into the edifice of the patriarchy and kill Patriarch. But the priests had come unexpectedly for them and that confused their plans. The assailants started to threaten priests with arms and shot airwards.
The public Prosecutor of Holosiyivskyi district and the administration of President Yushchenko promised to defend Patriarch Moses but at the present time, the police committed have not started the criminal case against those who tried to rush into the edifice with firing arms and to kill Patriarch Moses before the eyewitnesses. However the framed-up criminal case on the grounds of the false plaints of 6 women was started against the Patriarch himself. In addition to that, in two weeks after the attempt, the investigator Riabovol called to Patriarch abroad and said: “I can start or not start the criminal case against you; it will depend on how we will settle it”. Patriarch asked: “What case against me, if they tried to kill me?” But Riabovol kept silence, as then he did not know how everything would be. And yet later, Patriarch Moses read about himself in paper “Komsomolska Pravda” as if he was caught and detained meanwhile Patriarch stayed abroad up the present moment. The highest ranks of the police (V. Yarema, V. Polishchuk) illegally, without any evidences, gave the interview grounded on the fabricated plaints at the TV to all country, bespattering Patriarch cynically not thinking of the responsibility before law, as the state law is passive for them.
These facts are the absolute evidence of the commitment of the police and the presence of the paid-for order to annihilate Patriarch Moses.
The evidences lacking in the framed-up case were invented by the mass media. Hundreds of the ordered and paid-for articles, at the background of the author’s ill imagination, inspired by the bishops of Filaret started to write about Patriarch that he is “self-declared”. Meanwhile God had blessed many bishops from all over the world to come at their own cost and take the honorable part in the canonical enthronization for Patriarch’s elevation (video of enthronization ).Creation of these lies is the evidence of the interest of the ecclesiastical structures in the case of annihilation of Patriarch Moses as their competitor, as the charisma of Patriarch leads people to the God’s, live Church, to salvation, and the leaders of the Bolshevik churches are ungifted and lead people to superstitions and prejudice.
The most interested in the annihilation of Patriarch Moses proves out to be the anathematized, in other words cursed Filaret Denysenko and clerics of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Kyivan Patriarchate. As it is the fact, that the clerics of Filaret persecute the clergy and the faithful of Patriarch Moses. They seize his churches and vilify the Christian essence of the UAOC-C in every possible way. Recently, our church in Uzhgorod has been captured in gangster way by the Filaret’s bishop Kyryl, who had already started his service to “Father” who lies in mausoleum in Moscow. That one more time confirms the fact that precisely Filaret Denysenko is the customer and partial sponsor of the case on the annihilation of Patriarch Moses.
These enumerated facts testify brightly to the large scale campaign that is directed at the extermination of Patriarch Moses and the UAOC-C.
But the clergy and the faithful headed by their Patriarch continue the struggle for their Constitutional rights and demand to abolish the ordinance on the opening of the false criminal case against the Primate of the UAOC-C Patriarch Moses and to start the legal criminal case against the bandits.
We demand the just judicial judgments in the corrupted country. And we won’t stop but will bring the case to the courts of the highest instances in Ukraine as well as at the international level.
Struggle has just started!
