On December 4, the clergy and the faithful of Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church Canonical filed the application to the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Oleksandr Ivanovych Medvedko and held the protest action on the illegal actions of the workers of Holosiyivskyi District Department of Central Administration of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kiev.
Again the Prosecutor General of Ukraine is presented the application with the enumeration of the illegal actions of the workers of Holosiyivskyi District Department of Central Administration of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kiev and the facts of their participation in the large-scale campaign directed against Patriarch Moses. But there is no adequate reaction on the part of the Prosecutor’s Office.
The clergy and the faithful of UAOC-C are indignant at the fact that the investigation takes place behind closed doors, the copy of order of institution on the criminal proceedings is not given to the charged part and the authorized representatives and lawyer aren’t permitted to the materials of the cause.
All these actions violate flagrantly the constitutional rights of the citizen of Ukraine and are inadmissible in the civilized legal State.
All these actions is the confirmation of that the cause is fabricated and has no facts of reasoning.
All these actions show that the court session will take place behind closed doors. That neither the lawyers for defence nor the witnesses for defence and the authorized representatives will be allowed to the trial. And the sentence will be pronounced behind closed doors.
Corruption erodes the police, corruption erodes the country. Corruption is the cancerous tumour that erodes the body of Ukraine.
