On December 2, the clergy and the faithful of the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church Canonical filed the application to the Prosecutor of Holosiyivsky District of Kyiv Mykola Hryhorovych Ivanets and held the protest action concerning the illegal actions of the policemen of Holosiyivskyi District Department of Central Administration of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kiev.
The succession of events affirming that during the long period of time has been directed the large scale campaign against Patriarch Moses and UAOC-C in which the law-enforcement agencies are operating is given in the application.
The facts that testify the attempt on life of Patriarch Moses, the following persecution of him and opening the fabricated cause against him are given in the application.
The persons taken part in that illegal actions, the articles of the laws of Ukraine been violated and the presence of the evidences concerning those infringements are mentioned in the application.
The facts of the illegal actions of the workers of Holosiyivskyi District Department of Central Administration of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kiev are expounded in succession and by dates in the application.
In the application the demands are stated concerning arraign of workers of Holosiyivskyi District Department of Central Administration of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kiev S.M. Semykop, Y.P. Riabovol and arraign of Colonel A.I. Gulevatyi, major Y. Vasylenko and direct participants of crimes O.Vinnichenko and L. Sukhorosova.
The enumerated illegal actions against Patriarch Moses and UAOC-C take place before the Ukrainians with their silent consent. In the aspiration for help to civil society awaken from indifference the clergy and the faithful of UAOC-C held the protest action near the Public Prosecutor's Office of Holosiyivskyi District of Kiev.
