ANATHEMA
To former forbidden and deprived of priestly dignities Andriy Malynych and Valeriy Velehitskyi who penetrated in the Christ's communities in order to possess the church property. They cooperated with each other and started to hound the pious Christians who had the documents and signets of the communities out of the churches. For that purpose they rushed into the houses of the faithful Christians in brutal manner, some were swindled out; they took away the documents as if into their charge. Also, posing before the community as the close people to the Patriarch, they dictated to the community whom to elect as the head, whom - as the cashier and whom - as the accountant. Year after year they elected and reelected themselves (Malynych Lyubov as a cashier, Malynych Andriy as an accountant, Velehitskyi Valeriy as a secretary and Krasnyanyk Eva as a head). Having their businesses (the musical instruments shop "Bolero", the café "Chervona Ruta" and others) and having the access to the church accounts they didn't let neither auditing commission nor the Bishop and the Patriarch check them, so from that resulted that they abused the accounts. Everything would stay for them in that way even further if in May 2008 by the general gathering wasn't elected the new Head of the community Bishop Vasyliy who had the right to sign and check the accounts of the community. But Malynych, Velehitskyi and others who used the church accounts to their discretion became frightened of that the community and taxation service became aware of their abuse of the documents. Thus at the requirement of the pious Bishop to check the accounts, the criminal group on the initiative of Lyubov Malynych refused point blank and started to declare that ruling Bishop Vasyliy was no authority for them and raised the campaign of lie against Bishop Vasyliy in order not to return the documents back to the community that would give the chance of checking the church accounts. Acting in such a way, having violated the regulations of the community's statute as well as the canons of the Ecumenical Councils and Apostolic canons, they fell under the disciplinary church prohibitions. Being the Patriarch and knowing the Bishop Vasyliy as honest, merited and clever man, it was absolutely clear why that people started the brutal slander against everybody who was not with them. Thus, at the general gatherings of the religious communities, on 14th of September, 2008, for the gross violations of the functional obligations of statute's positions and for the immoral conduct which are inconsistent with the life of a Christian, by the absolute majority vote, according to the positions 4, 5 of the Statute of religious communities, Malynych Lyubov and Andriy, Velehitskyi Valeriy and Tamara and Krasnyanyk Eva were excluded from the members of the community.
Being the Patriarch and the founder of my congregation, at the general gatherings of the communities I stood up for Bishop and for the parishioners of the Holy Trinity and St. Andrew communities. Then, Lyubov Malynych as the initiator of the criminal actions dared to cry out the lie straight to Patriarch's face before all the community so that totally revealed her crafty self. Such conduct and such people are inadmissible in the community of Christ, according to the statute and the church canons. Thus, by the benediction of God and by the decision of the Ecumenical Holy Synod of UAOC canonical were given the prohibitions and deprivations of dignities with the warning of anathema, if they wouldn't repent and would continue performing the criminal actions.
And they (Lyubov Malynych, Andriy Malynych and Valeriy Velehitskyi), wanting fulfill the raid of the churches with the help of the relatives working at the public prosecution office in order to use with impunity the church accounts even further, continued performing their criminal actions against the parishioners and the clergy. They forged the church documents and also being deprived of dignities, and already as the ordinary people dared to put on the sacerdotal robes and minister the Holy Service by what committed the great sacrilege against the Holy Spirit and invoked the church damnation upon themselves. According to the canons of the Ecumenical Councils (the 6th canon of the Second Ecumenical Council, the 8th, the 9th and the 18th canons of the Fourth Ecumenical Council, the 36th canon of the Apostolic canons and by the decision of the Holy Synod of Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church canonical,
We, chosen by God, Patriarch of Kyiv and all Rus-Ukraine and Ecumenical Holy Synod of UAOC canonical, cannot permit the evolution of corruption in the Church of God, thus have to announce:

Upon Andriy Malynych, Valeriy Velehitskyi, Lyubov Malynych.
Urge others to repent. Also the warning to everybody; according to the 11th, 12th, 13th canons of the Apostolic canons and according to the Holy Scripture - the Old Testament - Joshua (6:18, 7:1, 24, 25) warn; "Everybody who dare to pray with the excommunicates and with those whom was given the anathema, even at home, thus the damnation and excommunication will automatically passed on them".
