PALM SUNDAY IN PARIS

On the last Sunday before Easter in Paris just like in the whole world there was served Holy Liturgy dedicated to Our Lord's entrance to Jerusalem.

Vladyka Nicolas, Archbishop of Paris and all France greeted all the faithful and blessed with Holy water the green twigs, symbolizing palm leaves which the citizens of Jerusalem greeted Jesus Christ with.

"Hosanna to Son of David! Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest! "
