DECISION OF ARCHIEREYSKY SYNOD

By decision of Archiereysky Holy Synod Vladyka Mathew, Bishop of Cameroun and all Africa was raised to Archbishop.

Patriarch Moisey blesses Archbishop Mathew for the holy service in the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ for the welfare of His Holy Rescuing Church.
